RULES FOR MAGIC
When
we as souls start on our spiritual journey, it can be a lonely road, depends
on how we look at it. We walk into the Unknown & for some people the
fear comes in .Fear stands for False Evidence Appearing Real. This is
why meditation is very important for all of us & each of us. We start
to see things more clearly & get a better understanding of our life's
lessons by clearing out our everyday mental & emotional clatter by
doing meditation. Many people feel scared & lonely because they are
afraid of hurting their spouses/partners/family & friends of Releasing
their old self to bring in their true self. Its like they have been in
a cocoon state and coming out of it & turning into a butterfly to
be able to have the freedom to be themselves. Meditation can be done with
a group of people of even done by yourself. People can meditate my listening
to soft nature music/classical music/new age music/any music which is
calming for them. Others prefer to go on nature walks, go for drives out
of the city, sit back with a room full of candles and incent etc., is
no wrong way to meditate. You must meditate the way you yourself feels
is the right way for you.
I recommend that each person meditates each day. For instance, some of
us meditates in the morning when we wake up to get our body aligned back
to our physical bodies. Some people meditate while they are at work on
their lunch hour or while their infants are taking a nap. There is no
wrong or right time to meditate. Again, do what feels right for you. Personally,
I meditate a few times per day when my day gets stressful to keep myself
centered & aligned. Each night, before I go to bed, I always have
a bath with aromatherapy healing oils in my bath to relax. Water represents
our Emotions. Water purifies & cleanses our soul, and that's why its
also important to drink plenty of water each day, especially is you are
a fire sign on your zodiac. The water will help cool the fire down. I
clear out my days events by releasing my emotions in the bath.
Every month, there is a full moon, you will have to check your calendars
to see when it is. When the full moon is out our emotions get more intense.
The full moon has a incredible amount of energy that's why the suicide
rate is usually the highest that time of the month. Each full moon cycle,
I will take a full evening by myself to do a complete meditation. I turn
my phones off & tune into myself without any disturbances. I listen
to my nature/new age music and align myself. Sometimes I will listen to
my other Cd's and tune into the vibration of the music which makes me
go into a deep hypnotic trance. This is very powerful & the clarity
is powerful. I do that at least 4 or more times a week before I go to
sleep. I don't listen to the words, I listen to the vibration. The vibration
will balance & center my chakras in my body. Meditation can be done
either 2 days before or 2 days after the full moon. The full moon usually
last for almost a week anyways, so any time during that time is the best.
While meditating, review your month & take a look at what lessons
the Universe wanted your soul to experience. What did you learn from it?
Pain? Joy? Freedom? Decisions that you must make? etc. Clear out any negativity,
greed, judgmental issues, fear, etc from your mind & give yourself
up to the Universe to help guide you. This will take weights off of your
shoulders. You yourself must make the changes not anyone else. You will
see what changes that is needed for you at this time with doing meditations
on a daily basis. Your soul wants you to learn from your mistakes so that
we don't keep repeating them as this will only bring you more pain &
grief in the future. This is again why meditation is very important to
help bring us clarity in our life.
Energy carries thought & plants the seed of thought. What we do on
a day to day basis will determine our future. When you are not centered,
you are unclear, stressed & off balance. We sometimes are awakened
to our most profound lessons by the challenges God brings us. I leave

Energy Healing Meditation
In this meditation, you send the powerful healing
life force directly to the area in need of help. This life force is the
energy behind all healing. Wherever this energy is flowing & in balance,
there is health,& well being. Wherever this energy is blocked or out
of balance, illness manifests.
Sit reasonably straight & close your eyes.
Breath slowly, as silent as possible.
As you inhale, feel yourself breathing the healing
Life Force in through your solar plexus(stomach area).Picture this Life
Force as a very refined, light energy.
As you exhale, gently direct this light energy to the affected area of
your body. If there is not a specific aligned area, disperse this light
energy throughout your whole body as you exhale.
Continue until you feel the area has received
enough Life Force.
You will notice the difference & feel much lighter & better.
